BIOMETRIC OF VEHICLES OF ORGANIZATIONS WITH EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT PUNJAB, ORGANIZATION REGISTRATION PROCESS

ORGANIZATION/ COMPANY REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR BIOMETRIC OF VEHICLES 

1)  MAIN LOGIN SCREEN OF ORGANIZATION REGISTRATION

2)   CLICK ON REGISTER BUTTON TO PROCEED AND YOU WILL SEE    THE FOLLWING FORM

3)   FILL UP THE FORM WRITE YOUR COMPANY/ BUSINESS / ORGANIZATION NAME

4)   SELECT TYPE OF BUSINESS AND YOU WILL SEE FOLLWING OPTIONS

Select relevant field from type of business Government, Partnership Firm, Private Limited, Public Limited and Sole Proprietorship.

5)   SELECT RELEVENT INDUSTRY/ SECTOR OF YOUR ORGANIZATION 

6)   COMPLETE THE FORM WITH OTHER FIELDS AND WRITE

• a.   Official postal address as mentioned on official letter pad.
• b.   Official email address in small letter without any error, type correctly as in case of password reset OTP code would be generated at this email address.
• c.    Enter NTN number and it must be in active tax payer list of FBR (Excel Sheet) otherwise error message would occur. You are not filer. e.g 1234567-0 or CNIC 1234567891110 without dashes. In case of Federal Govt, Provincial Govt, Local Govt and Autonomous Bodies FTN required instead of NTN.

7)   Enter Business Registration number either provided from FBR, SECP or Chamber of Commerce etc. (write only numeric values in Business registration number field without space/ special character like - @ etc like if you have business registration number A1223/2022/12 then you only have to write 1223202212)

8)   Enter registration number of already registered vehicle with excise and taxation Punjab with proper format. e.g ABC 123, LE-15-000

9)   Enter Primary Contact Details of Authorized representative.

• a.   Title (Mr. / Ms)
• b.   Name
• c.    Mobile number
• d.   Designation (CEO/ Manager/ Owner etc)
• e.   CNIC number
• f.     Official email address
• g.   Passwords and confirm passwords (Should be strong, both must be same)

10)   Click on Submit Button and you will see that you have been registered successfully and visit nearest MRA office. (MRA mean Motor Registering Authority Office Excise and Taxation). If you completed with error then review all fields and correct accordingly specially (NTN, BUSINESS REGISTRATION NUMBER)
